Birch Cottage is a detached, cottage adjacent to Birch Lodge in a peaceful but central part of picturesque Strathpeffer
The cottage offers modern comforts and easy living in a quiet location, just a short walk to small shops and cafes in this beautiful Victorian village.. Ideal base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands, as far north as John o' Groats and the remote north coast and as far south as Aviemore and the Cairngorms. Perfect for trips to Ullapool or Inverewe Gardens or for the 20 minute drive to the cinema, theatre and shops of Inverness. Excellent for everyone who likes to go walking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing or just relaxing.

The cottage sleeps four with two extra 'z' beds for use in the lounge making a maximum of six. Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment.
Check our availability calendar below which will give you the all inclusive price on a weekly basis, then either phone or email to confirm the booking. Please note that although the availability calendar will be updated as soon as possible, it may be that a particular week has already been booked earlier that day before updating, and in this event we apologise for any disappointment. We will then send you our Conditions of Hire and Hiring Agreement either by post or Email, for signature and return with your cheque for 25% of the hire price payable to C Rham. The balance is payable six weeks before the start of the hire period. We would recommend that cancellation insurance be taken out as once any monies are paid, we regret that we cannot make any refunds unless the cottage is re-booked. Once the balance has been received, we will acknowledge receipt and provide you with full directions and check-in instructions. In order that we may fully service the cottage between guests, we request that you arrive after 3 p.m. and leave by 10 a.m.
